You won it?  I recently e-wanged it up to a GTX260 which is running quite nice :D

Next purchase in a few weeks is gonna be an HTC G1/Dream considering the government here has decided to stuff everyone's pockets with money

but hey you got me, I'll take a better one if you want to pay for a new mobo & the cpu, how about it?

I didn't win it tho beefsack, just bought it outright with buy it now. Couldn't find it anywhere cheaper than 6,000yen to buy up front. You back in Japan or some other government saying they're giving away money (vapourtalk™) too?

Nah but I'm meant to be back in Japan this year for a 5 year reunion, dunno when it is though.  Aussie government decided it's a good idea to give all low income earners and students $1000 each to spend as our stimulus package over here, I'm being bad by spending it overseas though and stimulating someone else's economy :)

Because my new TV didn't have component RCA, only component over BNC.

A small price to pay... it upscales from my progressive scan DVD player with absolutely no pixelation.

Also had to buy one of these since my old stand was too small for the 46"

Nice camera. A bit large perhaps, but it's a good main camera if you don't want to deal with a bulky (and expensive) SLR.

Your cellphone cameras probably don't suck as bad as ours though, so you already have a usable small camera glare
